Marketing partners for YeasTest (bio1011) being
sought YeasTest is a unique point-of-care diagnostic
test for candida infections causing thrush. This
product, the first of its kind, has completed development and we
expect to launch it in the United Kingdom in 2006. The product is already on the market in
Italy and Switzerland and will shortly be launched in a number
of further major healthcare markets. We are seeking sales and marketing partners to market the test outside of
the United Kingdom. Partnerships on a national, regional and
global basis will be considered, with the world's major
healthcare markets being of prime interest. We are also keen

US Strategic partner for bio1021 being
sought
Other marketing partners being sought for bio1021 bio1011 is a novel point-of-care
diagnostic test for appendicitis developed by biOracle's
partner, DMI Biosciences Inc. We
expect to launch the product in the United Kingdom in the early part of
2005. The intellectual property underpinning the product has
been licensed to biOracle on
a worldwide basis. We are looking for a development and
marketing partner to help accelerate the launch of this
product in the US market, where we
believe it will be seen as a very attractive product. We are
also seeking sales and marketing partners to market the test outside of
the United Kingdom. Partnerships on a national and regional
basis will be considered, with the world's major healthcare
